Dynamic psychotherapy for internal harmony and integration

In our increasingly complex world it is common to feel disconnected from ourselves and lack a sense of meaning and purpose in our lives. This may show up in a variety of ways including feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or just generally numb. Therapy is a change-making process to explore and understand these challenges and to help shift your internal and external experiences. You may want to feel better about yourself, improve your relationships, and feel less conflicted overall. Many of the struggles people want help with are coping strategies that worked at an earlier time in their lives, but are no longer helpful. I work with people to explore how these behaviours came to be, how they served them, and how to cultivate new strategies that are more adaptive. In essence, therapy is a collaboration to help people cultivate more internal harmony, understanding and vitality.
